Terms of Service

These terms are designed to clearly explain delivery, refunds, dispute handling, and customer responsibilities for digital Diablo II: Resurrected goods sold through D2RHiddenStash.

1. General

By using D2RHiddenStash and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or complete checkout.

2. Digital Goods

All products sold on this site are digital goods for Diablo II: Resurrected. Delivery is performed manually in-game. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on availability, queue, ladder, and communication response time.

3. Customer Responsibility

You must provide valid contact information such as Discord or email.
You are responsible for providing correct delivery details and being available for the agreed delivery method.
You are responsible for your game account, character access, and account security.

4. Refund Policy

If you made wrong order by mistake, you can cancel it at any time by contacting us in Discord. We will fix the right things you want to buy, and if we cannot refund will be done by PayPal.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund if the delivery has been completed.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when the ordered item or items have been transferred in-game or when the agreed delivery method has otherwise been fulfilled.

Delivery timestamps may be recorded.
Character names, trade confirmations, and chat confirmations may be recorded.
These records may be used as evidence in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your order. Opening a chargeback after successful delivery may be treated as fraudulent activity.

We may submit delivery records, communication logs, timestamps, order details, and trade confirmation evidence to PayPal or any payment processor.
Orders associated with abusive disputes or fraudulent claims may be refused in the future.
Accounts may be blocked from future service when necessary.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse service, request additional verification, delay or cancel suspicious orders, and cancel orders that appear unsafe, abusive, or fraudulent.

8. Third-Party Notice

D2RHiddenStash is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment. Diablo II: Resurrected and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Contact

If there is any problem with your order, contact us first through the contact details on this site before opening a dispute. We will attempt to resolve reasonable order issues directly.

10. Agreement

By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service, understand the no-refund policy for delivered digital goods, and agree not to open a chargeback after successful delivery.
