Where do I buy items?
You can buy items directly from the market page. That is the main place to browse available items, filter by type, and open individual product pages before adding something to your order.
What is the difference between the market and packs?
The market is for browsing the full item selection. The packs page is better when you want a grouped purchase instead of choosing everything one by one. Packs are useful for players who want a faster start, a themed bundle, or a simpler buying flow.
Do you have guides for items and builds?
Yes. The guides page is where you can read articles about Diablo II: Resurrected builds, ladder topics, farming routes, and gearing ideas. That section is there to help you decide what to buy and how to use it well after the purchase.
Orders and Purchases
How does buying work on the site?
You browse the market or packs, open the product you want, and add it to your order. After that, you move through checkout and complete the purchase using the options shown on the site.
Do I need an account to buy?
You can browse without an account, but having an account is the better option if you want your order history, account features, and HS Keys balance tied to your profile. The HS Keys system is explained in more detail on the HS Keys page.
How do I check an order after I buy?
You can use the track order page to check progress after purchase. Keep your order number so you can look it up quickly.
Delivery and Support
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery usually takes anywhere from 5 minutes to a few hours depending on the item, current demand, and team availability. Some items are delivered very quickly, while others may take longer depending on stock and timing.

HS Keys System
What is the HS Keys system?
HS Keys are the site’s reward system. They act like store credit that you earn from purchases and can later use to reduce the price of future orders.
How do HS Keys work in simple terms?
When you complete an order, part of that value comes back to your account as HS Keys. Based on the current rewards page, completed purchases earn 3% cashback in HS Keys, and 1000 HS Keys = $1.00 in value. You can then apply those Keys to lower the total on a future purchase.
Can I combine HS Keys with promo codes?
According to the current HS Keys and promo codes page, when available, you can use promo codes and HS Keys on the same order. That means one part of the savings can come from a code and another part can come from your saved account balance.
